EVENT INFORMATION

The Met Office HQ in Exeter is located next to the M5 between junctions 29 and 30. For detailed directions please visit the Met Office website.

As always Space Apps is a free event and food will be provided!

The weekend will be about meeting new people and solving interesting challenges together. Don't let the 'Apps' part put you off, the best teams are often the most diverse teams in terms of age, skills and experience. We have seen great projects made entirely from cardboard!

>> Important! <<

Due to security requirements of the Met Office HQ, you must have already pre-registered for this event. If you show up for the event on the day you won't be allowed in!

Please note that under-16s need to be accompanied by an adult.

On the day, you must bring a form of photographic ID with you (e.g. Passport, Driving License). No ID is required for under-16s themselves.

By the end of the hackathon on sunday you will also need to register on this SpaceAppsChallenge website in order to submit your teams and projects.
