The American chamber of commerce Junior chapter TPS is honored to be hosting 2018 NASA Space Apps Challenge at Tunisia polytechnic school from October 19 to October 21 2018.
Space Apps challenge is an international hackathon in which teams from all over the world compete to solve problems we face on earth and in space. Coders, scientists, designers, storytellers, makers, builders, technologists, artists and anyone a creative mind is welcome to be a part of this challenge.
It’s not just about smartphone applications! During the International Space Apps Challenge, teams will utilize publicly available NASA data to design all kinds of innovative solutions.
Two teams will be nominated for consideration in the global judging process and they will have to create a 30s video to describe their project few days after. NASA will announce the finalists for global awards four to six weeks after the challenge and the winners in January 2019.
