The Space Apps Challenge Ghana, is a 3-day Hackathon event that has become the top Space Technology and Innovation event across the galaxy, representing an opportunity to connect Ghanaians with broader high-tech ideas, platforms, tools and players which catalyze home-grown innovations through community-led collaboration.

The event promotes global collaboration, to solve difficult earth and space challenges, which focus on localizing cutting-edge technologies to foster bottom-up innovation in Kumasi, Ghana. By harnessing collective community insight and knowledge, participants innovate in unforeseen ways using NASA’s vast Open Data platform
