The Aedes Alert is a web application that crosses climate data, time and hydrography provided by Giovani with data provided by users collaboratively.
User interaction happens through signs are from:
- Identification of the potential outbreak of Aedes Aegypti;
- Photo of the place;
- Categorization of the type of potential outbreak;
- Geolocation data.
The challenge chosen by Team Maia was "Looking The Globe-Ally". In this category we identified the opportunity to confront the proliferation of Aedes Aegypti mosquito.
What the Aedes Alert does is analyze data and interpret in an accessible and immediate way to the user, allowing the population to be informed and to act against the problem in question.
Alerts will appear to the user as notifications in a predefined channel at the time of registration: Whatsapp, Messenger or Push Notification.
