By utilize crowdsourcing the environmental status from user 's mobile phone, the info can be gathered real time, verifiable and reliable. To make sure the data is trustable and consistent, the data is keep track in a distributed ledger and rewarding user for each transaction with some coins. User can collect the coins as incentive to exchange for vouchers or gift cards which will be sponsored by advertisers.
