A web-based application was created to inform:
- Population about forest fires and evacuation directions from them;
- Fire-rescue units about location of effected people who need their assistance.
How does it work:
- Effected person uploads photo of fire with geolocation mark to app.
- App makes verification of image.
- App is connected with NASA databases and creates prognosis of fire parameters.
- App counts evacuation ways from the place of fire & inform the people about them.
- App is shared with dates with fire-rescue units.
Key issue of application is the possibility of counting the evacuation ways of effected people from the disaster area which based on fire development prognosis.
