It’s hard to track where people affected by extreme weather end up, and what resources they are lacking when these situations occur

- SMS Disaster bot to track pre-disaster and post-disaster states of people affected
- Personalizable list of supplies people should prepare
- Location tracking of people pre-disaster and post-disaster
- Number of people in someone’s party
- Any resources or help required after the disaster occurs and where
