Global Nominee

The Challenge | Make Sense Out of Mars

Develop a sensor to be used by humans on Mars.

WHERE'S MY ASTRONAUT?

THE LOCALISATION SYSTEM USES TWO MINI ROVERS THAT DYNAMICALLY FOLLOW THE ASTRONAUT ON MARS. IF THE ROVERS LOST THEIR POSITION, THEY COULD CALCULATE THE COORDINATES BY TAKING A PICTURE OF THE SKY AND ELABORATING THE POSITION OF THE STARS.
