Eye Assistant
This project will help blind people to know the presence as well as the direction of obstacles and road condition while moving in roads. If they are in some trouble they can send notifications through that as well.
Our project is for the blind people. We developed a project for theirassistance. Our project is a device which will be used as a cap. Blind peoplewill wear that on the head and they will wear two hand gloves in both hands.We've installed vibration system in those gloves. After wearing that device onthe head, if any obstacle will come towards them, they will get notificationthrough that vibration system installed in the gloves. They will not only getto know that some obstacle is around them but also they will be able to knowthat in which direction that obstacle is. Direction of obstacle will benotified through some vibrating pattern combinations of vibrators. The extrafeature we want to add that we want to give a emergence button in the gloves.When the blind man gets into some trouble then by pressing that notificationswill be sent to some selected contacts. Another problem faced in this projectthat if any road is not in proper shape or it’s broken the how he will get toknow. We’ve found a solution on that. By using image processing technology, itcan be solved mostly.
