Thonk Rockets
Thonk Rockets is an interactive rocket launch tracker for kids. It includes a countdown to the next rocket launch, fun facts and educational games. Our website is designed to get kids excited about rockets and space.
We decided to build a website using html, which was difficult as none of us have previous experience coding using html. We used the website W3School to learn most of the code, in addition to the Google Cloud platform. We also used the map javascript API to link google maps to our website. The website was made using html, JavaScript, and CSS.
