Spacecraft Shield
free-flyer system aims to detect and characterize the damage which cause by the Micro-Meteoroid and Orbital Debris (MMOD) so it can be acted upon it.
•We aim to help astronauts with detecting damage in any spacecraft hoping in the future it will not a problem anymore.
•We are creating a PDD system hybrid with and free-flyer robot to detect and characterize precisely the damage that any space craft can be exposed to.
•Our project is divided into to main parts:
1.First the PDD
2.Second the autonomous free-flyer inspect a spacecraft for damage
