Space Apps Challenge 2018

Using the opendata repository of health data for Guatemala created by the Ministry of health (http://www.mspas.gob.gt/index.php/institucional/unidades-departamentos/economia-de-la-salud and http://sigsa.mspas.gob.gt/datos-de-salud) we will create visualization tools such as this for displaying key information for the decision-making process of the government and the collaboration of other sectors: https://public.tableau.com/profile/michael.de.paz#!/vizhome/Causasdemorbilidad/Causasdemorbilidad

Key participants: Ministry of Health, e-government agenda for Guatemala, Opendata agenda for Guatemala, Recainsa, National Science Council (Innovation in open government comission), Conred (National Emergency Network) and civil society in general, mainly startups and companies that are developing technology for health and emergencies and disasters.
